About

Hi, I’m Cassie.

What good is a grand ending to our story if we don’t embrace and enjoy the ride along the way?

I believe that life isn’t about avoiding pain; it’s about honoring the pain present in our life and making friends with it. The best friendships grow and deepen through mutual understanding, trust, and shared wisdom.

Pain, like a true friend, can deepen our understanding of ourselves. This is the role of pain in our lives, expressed by our Soul through our emotions which are always guiding us in our healing and growth. Tending to our inner emotional landscape is like nurturing a friendship, and therefore, nurturing ourselves.

When fear, sadness, or any other emotion appears in our life again and again, perhaps in different forms over time, we can greet our old friend with love and gratitude, knowing it has something to teach us.

My Story

I grew up in upstate New York and Massachusetts. After graduating with a Nursing degree from UMass Amherst in 2007, my love for holistic healing led me to the Finger Lakes School of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, where I earned my master’s degree in 2011. I then moved to North Carolina, where I worked full-time as an Oncology Nurse, got married, and became a mother of two. With a full life, my dream of becoming a holistic healthcare practitioner was put on hold.

But beneath the surface of my everyday life, there was an underlying current of fear that flowed into all areas of my world. At one point, I was even afraid to go to the grocery store.

During my freshman year of college, I was living on the 16th floor of a dorm building. I remember looking out the window watching other students, marveling at how freely they all seemed to move about.  The truth is, the dorm room represented safety and security, protecting me from facing my fear and anxiety.

Life Was Reflecting Back to Me

Earlier in life, during childhood and beyond, I saw everything through a lens of fear disguised in various forms: loneliness and depression (fear of being alone), anxiety (fear of what’s to come), self-doubt and low self-esteem (fear that I’m not good enough). What I did not realize at the time was that life was reflecting back to me the struggles of my inner world, and would continue to do so until I turned around to face it.

The Turning Point

The turning point for me came when Shamanism entered my life in 2022. Shamanism is about deep connection: to the Earth, to Life, to Spirit Guides and Non-Physical Teachers, and to our Higher Self. This ancient practice became a beacon of light within my darkness, offering me a path to manifest inner healing, transformation, and connection to my inner wisdom.

By finally turning inward and facing the emotions, pain, and struggles I had been running from for so long, I began transforming fear and pain into wholeness and spiritual connection.

I also began taking responsibility for the many ways I was playing an unhealthy role in my own life.

Healing is a lifelong journey.

Every step on our path provides a richness for our lives, offering fertile soil for our hearts and awareness to bloom. The wisdom and experience I have gained from my struggles now guide me as I help others on their own healing journey.

I have always had a deep knowing that my Soul’s calling is to be of service to others as a healer. This brings me great joy, helping others rediscover their inner light when they are struggling to find it within themselves. I am dedicated to helping others heal body, mind, and spirit through the transformative power of shamanic healing.

Every healing journey begins from within. Embracing my own inner pain and cultivating a deeper spiritual connection completely transformed my life.

Today, my journey continues as I help others navigate their own paths toward healing, guiding them back to their Spirit Within. I am here to help you embrace fear, pain, and difficulties, illuminating the darkness with love, compassion, and wisdom.

Much love and many blessings,
